Refund policy

Returns & Refunds Policy – Epique Tallow

At Epique Tallow, we take great pride in the quality and care of our handcrafted products. Due to the nature of our skincare items, we currently do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons of hygiene and product integrity.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will do our best to resolve the problem promptly, either through a replacement or store credit.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order, please email us at info@epiquetallow.com within 12 hours of placing the order. Once your order is processed and shipped, we can no longer cancel it.

Refunds

Refunds are issued only in special cases (such as damaged goods or missing items) and will be reviewed case by case. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
